Returns and Exchanges

WE OFFER A UNIQUE, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you're not totally satisfied with any workout, simply contact us within seven days of the date you received your package according to the Delivery Confirmation number. We'll issue you an RA# so you can exchange your workout for something that better suits you. Or, you can opt to receive a full refund of the purchase price! That's right -- even if your DVD has been opened, you can still get your money back. Why are we offering an extreme return policy, when most DVD companies won't take back an opened DVD? Because we're vidiots, too, and we know that workouts are totally subjective. What one person loves, another might not enjoy quite so much -- but how do you know if you don't try? Well go ahead, try -- risk free! If you don't like your new workout, simply let us know so you can get something that suits you better, or a refund if you prefer. Simple, easy, hassle-free. Just the way it should be. (This policy applies to sale items but does not apply to clearance items. Free shipping is not available on exchanges.) Please note that this policy extends to DVDs only; since we can't verify whether or not a resistance band was used, those are non-refundable once they've been opened.

WE ALSO OFFER A FULL LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON ALL DVDs PURCHASED FROM ADVANCED WORKOUTS DVD: All DVDs are guaranteed for as long as you own them. In the rare instance that one of your DVDs is defective, contact us so we can replace it (as long as the workout is still available from the manufacturer). Obviously, if your dog chews your DVD, or your husband uses it as a Frisbee, we can't replace it, but we'll totally stand behind any naturally-occurring defects.

We recommend that when sending your item back, you insure your package, or at least add Delivery Confirmation (for USPS returns). This is recommended for your safety and reassurance.

The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to a defective/incorrect item; in that case, we will gladly pay for your shipping costs to both return your item and receive a new item.

It usually takes 4-5 weeks for a return to be processed depending upon the nature of the return. All returns received during the busy holiday season (Thanksgiving to Christmas) will be processed after the holidays.

Special note: If you return three or more DVDs within a 60 day period, you are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We're sorry, but since we lose on every return received, we have to initiate this policy in order to keep our open return policy intact. The 15% restocking fee also applies to all apparel returns. Clearance and blowout sale items are non-returnable, as are resistance bands. Thanks for your understanding.
